About Flight Crews Unlimited

Flight Crews Unlimited is a business aviation staffing company. It supplies pilots, flight attendants, aircraft maintenance technicians and flight coordinators to flight departments. The company says it has been a trusted partner in business aviation staffing since 1997, when a corporate pilot founded it. It works with Part 91 and Part 135 flight departments worldwide.

The company lists five main services. Full time placement helps clients hire permanent crew members through a direct hire model. On demand contract staffing covers a single flight or a longer role. High volume contract recruiting handles urgent or large requests. Employer of record services and specialized staffing for unique roles are also offered.

Candidates go through the CrewsControl vetting process. The site lists background checks, verification of training and certifications, drug testing, FBI and OFAC checks, motor vehicle record checks and employment eligibility checks. Pilots must be simulator current within the last 12 months.

FCU says it has access to more than 7,000 vetted aviation professionals in its global pool. The company says more than 90 percent of its new business comes through client referrals. Its team is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and clients can text or call staff directly.

Pilot services cover all major business jet makes and models. Flight attendants are trained in emergency protocols and customer care. Maintenance technicians are vetted for airframe, avionics and powerplant skills, and flight coordinators are checked for operations knowledge and software skills.

FCU is part of Team Reliance with partners Reliance Aerotech Services and Navhouse Corporation. Reliance Aerotech Services offers end to end staffing for the MRO, manufacturing and government sectors, including an international talent sourcing program and turnkey project teams. Navhouse repairs and overhauls legacy inertial navigation systems for military and commercial clients. The site says FCU is an NBAA member.
