Flex Travel Solutions

Flex Travel Solutions, also known as FTS, is a software company for the travel industry. Its platform helps airlines, tour operators and other travel businesses run incentive and commission programs for travel agencies. The site gives no head office address.

The platform lets a travel business design, automate, settle and measure incentive deals with agencies. It uses a rules engine that can handle commission rules that vary by route, market and fare class. It also brings together bookings from GDS and NDC channels so a business sees one set of numbers.

The site shows sample dashboards with agreement status, targets, forecasts and payouts. It says flown sales and booked sales are tracked in real time, and that the dashboards help a business see which agency partners bring in revenue. It also says the platform can show carbon footprint data so corporate clients can meet reporting needs.

FTS says its network includes more than 65,000 agencies. It names airlines, hotels, cruise lines, rail, car rental and tour operators as the partners it connects. The company says it has been running for six years.

On security, the site lists PCI DSS compliance, SOC2 certification and GDPR readiness. It also says the company is registered with FINTRAC in Canada as a Money Services Business. Visitors can book a demo or ask for pricing on the site, and there is a careers page.
