Background

The founders were dissatisfied with the headsets on the market during their own flight training in the 1990s and, with a group of pilot engineers, designed a headset for their own use. Other pilots asked for it after test flights, and the company was formed to develop and sell the product line. The company's stated aim is to keep flying affordable without compromising quality.

The site's Pilot's Corner carries testimonials from an airline captain and from AOPA staff members, and the headset pages show customer ratings between 4.75 and 4.94 out of 5 at the time of writing. Orders over US$100 ship without charge within the continental United States.
