DTX

DTX is an aerospace group with two main divisions, Parts Trading and MRO Services. The Parts Trading division is described as a U.S.-based supplier of commercial and regional aircraft spare parts and components. The MRO Services division serves aircraft operators, lessors and repair stations worldwide.

The parts business supplies rotables and expendables for outright sale, exchange and lease programs. The site says it serves operators, suppliers, brokers and maintenance organizations. Its parts cover ATR, Boeing and Airbus aircraft, in both wide-body and narrow-body platforms.

The group describes its history in steps. Since 2019 it has opened new MRO facilities, started a parts distribution business and expanded into South America and the Middle East. DTX Group was formally incorporated in September 2024 and was officially launched in May 2025, according to the site.
