Dalcomm Tech LLC

Dalcomm Tech LLC designs and sells aviation headsets, wireless intercom headsets and related audio products. The site lists product lines for aviation, ground support equipment for airline and airport use, pro audio and video, USB training and simulation, and two-way radio. It does not give a head office address.

The aviation range includes the J1 carbon fiber pilot's headset, a vintage aviation headset and the J2 dual pro video headset. The site says the J1 has less clamping force than industry standard headsets. It says the J1 still provides third party certified noise protection when the batteries die.

The ground support range includes wireless ground crew headsets, a ramp headset with push-to-talk on a wire boom, and team intercom kits for airline and airport use. The site says its comm cord is interchangeable, so headsets connect to many systems.

The site says the company offers custom connectivity options and bespoke solutions. It lists OEM, reseller and special products through Modu Machina. The site says the company repairs and refurbishes headsets. A request form lets visitors ask for custom designed products or information on how a product works.

The site lists a 65 month warranty on completely serviceable products. The phone numbers are 800-593-6501 and +1 508-713-5681. The site links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.
