The company was founded in 1967 by Bob Kelley. It started as a machine shop in the basement of his home. Today it runs a 75,000 square foot facility with more than 50 skilled professionals. The company is owned by Bob's children, Brett Kelley and Rhonda Collins.

Its capabilities include CNC machining and fabrication, engineering and design support, testing and test equipment design, and special processes such as welding, forming, finishing and NDT.

The site lists products and programs including AMRAAM AIM-120 CATM trainer missile wing and fin assemblies, AGM-114 Hellfire inert trainers, NASA SLS tooling and flight hardware, and International Space Station tooling and hardware.

The shop has four manufacturing bays, large gantry mills and a 12,500 square foot paint facility. A 2019 expansion added a second large gantry milling machine to the large format capacity.

The third generation, Clint and Andy Kelley, helps lead the company. Contact is by phone at 256-753-2252 or through the contact page for programs and drawings.
