Machining, tooling and robotic integration near Saint-Nazaire since 1980

About Bene Solutions
Bene Solutions is a French machining and industrial integration company based in the La Harrois business park at Besné, near Saint-Nazaire in Loire-Atlantique. Created in 1980 as Besné Mécanique de Précision and renamed Bene Solutions in 2017, it began as a machining subcontractor to the prime contractors of the Nantes and Saint-Nazaire region and has grown into a company of more than 100 employees with a turnover of 14 million euros, serving customers across France and worldwide. Aeronautics and power generation have been its core markets from the start, and it also works for defence customers such as Naval Group and Thales on sites nationwide.
Machining and assembly
- Machining from single parts to sub-assemblies, in both small and large dimensions, in metal and composite materials, with prototypes and small series parts for urgent needs
- A project-oriented organisation that gives each customer a permanent technical contact who plans the work, follows it technically and holds weekly reviews
- In-house design of tooling for complex parts, including vacuum holding and hydraulic clamping, and assembly of sub-assemblies
Industrial integration and design office
- Bene Ingénierie, a wholly owned subsidiary design office of about fifteen people with skills in mechanics, electrical engineering, automation and robotics, used to deliver fully integrated turnkey solutions from electrical diagrams to PLC and robot programming
- Mechanical design from simple tooling to complete assembly lines, integrating pneumatic and hydraulic energy, using virtual reality and the customer's own software where needed
- Factory of the future solutions organised around automation and cobotics, flow management with mobile robotics, conveying and storage systems, and supervision through data recording and interconnection; the company is an integrator partner of Universal Robots
- Development of the handling solution for the Ariane 6 launcher fairing, used on the first successful launch of the four-booster version on 12 February 2026
