Arusha Space is an advisory and consulting firm for space programs. It serves commercial, national and international space programs. The firm helps clients plan, staff and run their programs. Its owner and principal is Dr. Camille Wardrop Alleyne.

The firm offers five services. Space strategy and policy covers roadmaps and the policy needed to close gaps. Human capital development covers training pipelines for local talent. Startup ecosystem development covers funding models, partnerships and market access. Global partnership structuring connects clients with agencies, research groups and companies. Flight project and mission design covers planning and managing flight projects.

The site names two main groups of clients. The public sector includes emerging space nations that are building a first space agency, policy or workforce. The private sector includes commercial organizations that are entering or growing in the space market.

The firm works in three phases. In the assess phase, it studies the market, the technology and the regulations. In the plan phase, it runs a feasibility study and a gap assessment, and sets goals that can be measured. In the execute phase, it brings in partners, stakeholders and experts to carry out the plan.

The site says Dr. Alleyne spent nearly three decades in senior leadership at NASA and the Department of Defense. It says she helped lead the Commercial Low Earth Orbit Development Program and the Commercial Lunar Payload Services initiative. The site lists work for NASA Johnson Space Center, the Science Mission Directorate and the Missile Defense Agency. It says the team has more than 75 years of combined space experience.

The site has a request form for a space consultation. The form asks for a name, an organization and what is needed. The site also lists cookie, terms and privacy pages. Social accounts are listed on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
