All Points Logistics, LLC provides technology, engineering and logistics services for the aerospace, defence and government sectors. Founded in 1997 with a focus on logistics, the company expanded over the following twelve years into engineering, IT and technical support for customers including NASA, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and the US Army. It is headquartered on Merritt Island, Florida, near the Kennedy Space Center, with a second office in Huntsville, Alabama, opened in 2002. US Navy veteran Phil Monkress took full ownership in 2009, and All Points describes itself as one of the largest Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses in the country.

Contract vehicles

All Points holds places on government contract vehicles including CIO-SP3 Small Business, CIO-SP3 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, the GSA Multiple Award Schedule, OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus) and SEWP V (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement). In 2026 it was awarded an on-ramp to NASA's Spacecraft Processing and Operations Contract (SPOC), a multiple-award task-order contract run by the Kennedy Space Center Launch Services Program.

Recognition

The company has been named NASA Small Business Subcontractor of the Year and Boeing Supplier of the Year, and the site quotes Boeing's Space and Launch Division on the performance of the All Points team at NASA's Michoud Assembly Facility.
