Airbus Protect

Airbus Protect is the Airbus subsidiary that brings together the group's expertise in safety, cybersecurity and sustainability services. It was created to provide a single global service offering that protects Airbus company-wide and serves national authorities and commercial customers, and it unites more than 1,800 experts based in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain and Belgium. The company draws on more than three decades of risk management experience and describes its mission as making its clients' worlds safe, secure and sustainable.

• Safety: enhancing safety and optimising performance across systems, products and operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and helping define new safety standards for aerial and ground mobility integrated into smart cities, with end-to-end engineering and regulatory expertise
• Cybersecurity: consulting and managed security services that protect data, assets, infrastructure, production, products, software and cloud applications, build cybersecurity strategies and secure architectures, support crisis management and regulatory compliance, including Part-IS information security rules for aviation safety and export control and data privacy protection; Stormshield is among its partners
• Sustainability: helping organisations manage climate and sustainability risks, including work to make new and renewable fuels such as hydrogen viable from production through transport, storage and use
