The airline was set up by Air Arabia with Regional Air Lines of Morocco and Ithmaar Bank. It began flying in May 2009. Its first service was from Casablanca to London Stansted. The company is part of the Air Arabia group. It operates alongside Air Arabia Abu Dhabi and Air Arabia Egypt.

The airline offers scheduled low cost passenger flights from Moroccan airports. It flies routes from Casablanca and other Moroccan cities. These cities include Tangier, Nador and Fez.
