Aero Technic BG Ltd. is an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul company based at Sofia Airport in Bulgaria. The company was founded in 2011 and states more than 14 years of technical experience. It employs more than 400 people.

The MRO offers EASA and UK CAA approved maintenance services. It holds base maintenance stations at Sofia Airport and provides line maintenance at the same location. The company also runs component workshops for testing, repairing and overhauling aircraft system components.

Base maintenance includes C checks, structural repairs, avionics and structural modifications, cabin reconfiguration and refurbishment, recovery of stored aircraft and records audits. Line maintenance stations support aircraft at Sofia Airport. The workshops test, repair and overhaul various aircraft systems components.

The company performs non destructive testing, borescope and videoscope inspections. It provides FDR and CVR annual readouts and in service field support. It also offers AOG support and consulting, aircraft teardown and part out services, and aircraft storage. Logistic and material support and GSE design and fabrication are available.

Aero Technic BG supports base and line maintenance for the BAe146 and Avro RJ, ATR 42 and 72, Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737 Classic and NG. The company also holds a US DOT PHMSA hydrostatic testing renewal.

The company operates two hangars in the north area of Sofia Airport. It runs an accredited calibration laboratory called In Lab Aeronautics that is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. The laboratory calibrates pressure, torque, mass, length, AC and DC voltage, AC and DC current, resistance, capacitance and frequency.

It also holds UAE GCAA CAR 145 approval UAE.145.1288 and Guernsey DCA validation. The company has approvals from the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority, Gabon and Libya. It is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified.
