Aero Systems

Aero Systems makes Platform AERO, cloud-based software for aviation maintenance, CAMO and logistics. It is built for commercial airlines, MROs and leasing companies. Customers use it in a web browser, with no local servers to run.

Platform AERO has three modules that work together. The Aircraft Module covers CAMO and maintenance planning. It tracks airworthiness directives from EASA, the FAA and Transport Canada, and tasks from the maintenance program. It also follows time-controlled and life-limited parts, aircraft use through flight logs, fleet reliability and work orders. Data can be loaded from Excel files, which helps teams move over from older systems.

The Warehouse Module handles purchasing and logistics. It keeps lists of approved vendors, creates purchase orders and tracks shipments. It also watches stock in several locations, sends alerts for expiry dates, and controls tool booking and calibration. A dashboard shows key figures at a glance.

The File Repository Module manages aircraft documents and technical records. It copies the traditional binder layout in a digital folder tree. Users get search, bulk downloads and several permission levels. Auditors and lessors can be given read-only access to chosen aircraft. The module is built for EASA Part-CAMO and FAA record rules, and it helps with lease returns and sales.

The software supports more than 50 aircraft types. These include the Airbus A320 family, Boeing 737, ATR 42 and 72, DHC-8 Q400 and the Airbus Helicopters AS350. Fleets can mix jets, turboprops and helicopters in one system.

Pricing is modular. The Aircraft Module is priced per aircraft each month, by fleet type. The Warehouse Module has a flat fee for the organization, with unlimited users. Bundles apply when both modules are used, with volume rates for fleets of 10 or more and 20 or more aircraft.
