About the event
The NBAA Tax, Regulatory and Risk Management Conference is a two-day programme run by the National Business Aviation Association for attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, CFOs and flight operations staff. It covers business aviation tax, FAA regulation, aircraft transactions and risk, and is held just before NBAA-BACE.
The 2026 edition takes place on 18 and 19 October 2026 at Encore Las Vegas, and attendees receive complimentary registration to NBAA-BACE on 20 to 22 October.
- Sessions on IRS enforcement, state tax audits, depreciation and federal excise tax
- Practical sessions on fractional ownership, jet cards and aircraft purchase and sale
- Up to 14 hours of CPE credit for accounting professionals
- Approved for 11.5 hours of CLE credit by the State Bar of Nevada
- Complimentary registration to the 2026 NBAA-BACE
