TVPX provides FAA owner trust services for US aircraft registration and licensed US customs brokerage for aircraft imports and exports. The company was founded in 2002 by its president, Tobias Kleitman, and runs its trust services from Evanston, Wyoming and its customs brokerage from Concord, Massachusetts.

• FAA owner trusts: trusts with US citizen trustees that hold title and register aircraft in the US for owners who do not qualify as US citizens under FAA rules, while the owner keeps control of operations, maintenance, financing, leasing and sale decisions
• Privacy enhancement trusts: owner trust structures that help aircraft owners and passengers protect their privacy while meeting regulatory obligations
• Commercial aviation trusts: owner trust services for airlines, lessors and lenders
• Owner trusts for US citizens for anonymity, sales facilitation, and loan and lease structuring
• Aircraft import: customs bond, documentation and coordination with US Customs and Border Protection at the port of entry
• Aircraft export: identifying the filing party and US Principal Party In Interest, and preparing Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings to obtain an ITN
