Volare Aviation Limited

Volare Aviation Ltd is based at Oxford Airport in Oxfordshire, England. Founded in 2013, it brings aircraft sales, management, refurbishment and charter together under one roof, for both business jets and helicopters. It also has offices in Guernsey, Hayden in Idaho and Abu Dhabi.

Services

• Aircraft sales: help with selecting and buying the right aircraft
• Charter of private jets and helicopters, booked through an enquiry form, by phone or on WhatsApp
• Refurbishment: full interior refits, smaller cosmetic changes and avionics upgrades, done in-house by its own design and engineering team
• Management and maintenance: technical, regulatory and financial operation of owned aircraft
• Engineer training at its maintenance facilities, in the classroom, on the job and in approved virtual classrooms
• Aircraft parts sales and stores
• In-flight connectivity through a partnership with Starlink aviation services

Approvals

• Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for commercial flights
• EASA Part 145 maintenance organisation, with approvals also listed from the UK CAA, FAA, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Isle of Man, San Marino, Guernsey and Greece
• Part 147 maintenance training organisation (UK CAA and EASA), with a Hong Kong CL-600 2B16 course approval

Aircraft

The aircraft showroom features an Airbus EC155 B1 helicopter for sale, with rotating captain's chairs, extra soundproofing and Starlink Wi-Fi, and has listed an Agusta A109E Power. An Airbus EC155B1 and a Bombardier Global 5000 were shown at AERO Friedrichshafen 2026. The design team has refurbished a Bombardier Challenger 604 and a Boeing Business Jet, which won the Interior Design and VIP Completions award at the 2025 International Yacht and Aviation Awards.
