About VINCI Concessions

VINCI Concessions is an international company in transport infrastructure and public venues. The site says it designs, finances, builds, operates and maintains more than 100 airports, motorways, rail projects and stadiums in 25 countries. The company has about 30,000 staff. Its work is grouped into five divisions.

VINCI Airports manages more than 70 airports in 14 countries. The site says the division develops, finances, builds and runs airports. It also works on operational performance, modernization and environmental transition at those airports. In 2025, the airports handled 334 million passengers. The site also reports a planned investment of 500 million pounds over five years at Edinburgh Airport.

VINCI Autoroutes builds and operates motorways in France. Its network covers 4,443 km and is run by five concession companies: ASF, Cofiroute, Escota, Arcour and Arcos. The site says about 2.6 million drivers use the network each day on average, and up to twice that during summer travel peaks. The division has 5,500 staff.

The other divisions are VINCI Highways, VINCI Railways and VINCI Stadium. The rail division runs the LGV SEA line, which carried 22 million travellers in 2024. The stadium division welcomed 4.5 million spectators in 2024. Across the group's motorways, customers averaged 3.4 million a day in 2024.

The company has set climate goals. VINCI Airports aims for net zero emissions for scope 1 and 2 across its airport network by 2050. The site also reports a co-investment of 90 million euros with partners to speed up the decarbonisation of road transport in France and Europe. A new electric truck charging station in Vierzon is also listed.

The site has news, careers, a sustainability report and an investor section. Nicolas Notebaert is named as the director general of VINCI Concessions. The site does not give a street address. Its social channels include LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
