VidTroniX

VidTroniX LLC is a manufacturer of boarding pass and baggage tag printers for the aviation and travel industry, based at 6607 Martindale Road in Shawnee, Kansas. Associated with the travel industry since 1972, the company pioneered the thermal printing standard in use today and has installed more than 85,000 ATP and MAP printers around the world, many of them in the field for over 15 years, while recently expanding its global presence. Its stated goal is to work directly with customers to develop products that fit the needs of their company, backed by sales, service and repair from its Kansas facilities.

Printers

• ATP3, a single-path travel document printer and fourth generation of the original machine, which prints either boarding passes or baggage tags and adjusts automatically between stock types without agent intervention
• MAP, a three-path printer that prints on two boarding pass stocks and one baggage tag stock in succession using a single printhead, in a compact unit
• ATP6, the latest generation with the reliability of the ATP3 plus Bluetooth, wireless and Windows printing, 10 ips print speeds and an embedded Linux operating system for remote management and integration into custom applications
• RFID baggage tag printing capability

Accessories and service

• A line of cases, cabinets and other accessories designed specifically for its printers
• An in-house RMA department for service and repair, with a complete stock of replacement parts on site for short delivery times
• A standard one-year warranty that can be extended to up to seven years
