UTC Operations

UTC Operations is a flight support company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its office is in the One by Omniyat building in Business Bay. The company runs a 24 hour operations line. Its tag line is Always on time. The site is offered in English and Russian.

UTC says it has changed the approach to flight support. It calls itself a team and a community. Its clients, it says, create the volume of orders that lets suppliers give it special prices. The company is set up in competence centres. These cover operations, ground handling, fuelling, catering, travel, flight dispatch, navigation and accounting.

Its services are permits and navigation, flight dispatch, handling, catering and travel management. It uses its own CRM system to run services and control costs. Each invoice from a handler, fuel company, caterer, hotel or transfer company is checked and accepted before it reaches the client.

The company states a mission, which is to achieve what others think is impossible. Its vision has three parts. It wants to be among the top three flight support companies on the Eurasian continent. It wants to open its own network of FBO stations in all its operating locations. It also wants UTC standards to become a benchmark in business aviation.

The values it lists are a team of professionals, clients, innovation and development, openness, and quality. The site shows a phone number and a way to contact the operations desk.
