About Tubacex Group

Tubacex Group is a vertically integrated industrial group. It turns advanced stainless steels, high nickel alloys and corrosion resistant materials into tubular solutions. Its head office is at Tres Cruces 8 in Llodio, Alava, Spain.

The site says the group covers the whole value chain. This runs from metallurgical research and steelmaking to manufacturing, engineering, delivery, installation and service. The company says it works close to major energy and industrial hubs.

The group names its focus areas. These include CRA OCTG tubes and premium connections for critical wells, sold under the TBX Nexxia and Sentinel Prime names. Other areas are umbilical tubes for subsea and offshore systems, low carbon energy such as CCUS, hydrogen and nuclear, and tubular components for aerospace and defence.

Innovation work runs from an Energy Intelligence Center hub. The site says projects cover hydrogen, CO2 capture and Industry 4.0. In July 2026 the group said it was developing a digital fingerprint for industrial equipment with Ailoys, using AI and acoustic sensors.

The group showed its OCTG solutions and subsea capabilities at ROG.e 2026 in Rio de Janeiro, held from 21 to 24 September. The site lists manufacturing facilities, sales offices and service centres across Europe, America and Asia.

The site has investor pages, a shareholders calendar, annual reports and a sustainability section. The contact page lists phone numbers in Spain for general questions and sales.
