TracingFlight

Tracing Flight makes aircraft maintenance software for airworthiness tracking, workshop planning and technical documents. It is a brand of IXARYS, with teams in Lorgues, France and in Montréal.

The software is for operators and maintenance shops that work on aeroplanes and helicopters. It serves customers in France, Canada and other countries. IXARYS has made traceability software for more than 30 years. The company says it supports more than 40 operators and workshops in Europe, Canada and Africa. It tracks more than 1,350 aircraft and has archived 16 million documents.

The suite covers three areas. TracingNav handles airworthiness follow-up for CAMO work. It covers everything from creating a maintenance programme to issuing a work order. The company says its indicators help improve how often aircraft are available. TracingLine is for workshop and MRO work. It helps plan tasks, use workshop resources well and cut the time aircraft spend out of service. TracingLog is a digital vault for full aircraft documents. It gives partners secure read access and reads scanned documents with automatic text recognition.

Tracing Flight holds the Airbus Helicopters DataStream Essential label, renewed each year. The label shows the quality of its service and allows data exchange with the Airbus Helicopters network. Since November 2024, TracingNav has also been certified for Safran Helicopter Engines Logbook Connect. This lets a customer import an engine logbook in about five minutes instead of two days.

The company works without paper and without double entry of data. Its team handles data transfer, staff training and daily support. Updates are included. Customers can book a 30 minute online demonstration with an expert.
