Time to Fly

Time to Fly is an aviation consulting company based near Paris. Its office is in Roissy en France, in the Parc des Nations. The company helps aviation organisations manage their operations and follow up on their compliance. It says its aim is safer and more sustainable aviation.

The site says Pascal Ravel founded the company in 2009. He had spent over ten years as a technical director and operations director at major business aviation operators. At first the firm focused on airworthiness management consulting. It then grew into other areas. Julie Audouit joined soon after her engineering studies and created the air operations unit in 2013. She became managing director in 2022.

Today the company works with commercial and business aviation airlines, private and specialised operators, maintenance facilities and airports. The work includes audits, compliance support and drafting of operational manuals. It also covers surveys of premises and the set-up of specific tools to improve how an organisation runs.

The homepage groups its skills into six areas. They are sustainable aviation, a technical division, airports, air operations, drones and ground operations. A client quoted on the site mentions fleet management, carbon footprint assessments and management of the Emissions Trading System.

The site gives some figures. It lists 160 clients, 1650 audits carried out, 25 consulting experts and 15 years of experience. It also says 59 certifications were obtained for clients and 800 trees were planted. In 2018 the founder also created Time to Learn, the training side of the group.
