TICKETS.UA

Tickets.ua is an online booking service for flights. It is part of TTN, a travel group with its main office in Vienna, Austria. The site says it collects offers from more than 750 airlines so users can compare flight prices by route and date.

Users can search for direct flights or flights with connections. Filters let them change departure and arrival times, pick an airline and set an expected price. The site has a price calendar that shows fares for dates near the trip.

Tickets can be bought up to 365 days before travel. The airline sets the exact date when tickets go on sale. The site also allows a booking as late as four hours before departure. The site suggests booking two to three months ahead for lower fares.

The wider TTN group sells bus and rail tickets, hotels, insurance, car hire, city breaks and event tickets. The group brands include Tickets, KissAndFly, Mytickets and Travelfrom. Its websites run in more than 20 countries.

The first site was launched in Ukraine in 2009. The site says its sites are built in a research and development centre in Lviv. More than 200 engineers and managers support the platform, and the group contact centre supports users around the clock.

The Ukrainian contact numbers are +38 (044) 502-74-38 and +38 (044) 379-31-33. The site also has links to Facebook and Instagram. It offers a personal account in Telegram for accessing tickets.
