The 1CALL program provides immediate aircraft on ground support and connects owners with mobile service units and line stations worldwide. The LinxUs system monitors Citation aircraft in flight and automatically alerts maintenance teams by email when faults occur. Field Support Representatives offer on site diagnostic help.

The company sells parts and offers service programs under the ProAdvantage umbrella. ProParts+ provides expanded coverage for specific aircraft, and the SustainableAdvantage program supplies carbon offsets. The parts division ships nearly all in stock items the same day they are ordered. Owners can also access factory guided upgrades, avionic enhancements, and interior refresh services.

Textron Aviation supports owners with a pre owned aircraft inventory, aircraft management services, and a customer portal. It provides technical documentation, warranty services, and field support representatives assigned to specific regions. The company maintains visitor guides for Wichita and Independence in Kansas. It also runs a media center and recruiting programs for students, military veterans, and leadership development candidates.
