TARCG

TARCG is an aviation, aerospace, defence and space recruitment agency. It was created in 2016 by industry professionals. The registered office is at 5 Kew Court, Pynes Hill, Exeter, UK. It also has offices in Poland and Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

The site says the agency provides temporary, permanent and headhunting hiring solutions. It works with MRO companies, manufacturers, airlines, operators, OEMs, airports, rotary firms and logistics firms. It also serves VIP and business aviation companies, military and defence companies, and regulatory authorities.

The founder and chief executive is Sam O'Brien, who holds an EASA B1 and C licence. The site says he started as an apprentice aircraft mechanic and later worked at Flybe. His brother Jack O'Brien is commercial director. The site also names a recruitment consultant, Josh Sanchez.

The site lists current job openings. These include a crew systems and pay specialist, a cargo charter broker and a private jet charter broker in London. It also lists a CAMO postholder in Bulgaria and a field service representative for Europe. The site lists specialisms in CAMO, sales, B1 licensed engineers and office roles.

The site says the company has a family run approach. It lists core values of trust, honesty and integrity, commitment and ownership, quality and organisation, hard work and teamwork, and first class service. Client quotes come from maintenance managers and HR leads at European and Middle East MROs.

One client quote says TARCG helped find qualified crew for a GIV aircraft quickly. Another says the agency delivered short notice B1 and B2 engineers, mechanics and composites staff. A client quote mentions a fixed fee program.
