TALA - The Aerospace Logistics Alliance

TALA, the Aerospace Logistics Alliance, is a global network of independent freight forwarders that focus only on aerospace. It was created in 2012 by QUALITAIR and SEA France. The company says its headquarters are in the USA, while its management team is in Roissy CDG, France.

More than 80 affiliates carry the TALA name. They work from 135 airports in 60 countries, and each branch is locally owned and run. The site also names corporate offices in France, Germany, Morocco and Turkey. There are four regional offices, in Dallas, Sao Paulo, Amman and Haikou. The services include AOG parts moves, routine shipments, on board courier, charter flights for large volumes, airside access, customs clearance, and engine transport. TALA says its AOG and courier teams work 24 hours a day, every day. It also says it has access to charter operators and brokers worldwide.

The site says some staff hold Part 145 approval and can replace aircraft parts, including engines. TALA says it handled 120,000 operations in 2021, including 26,000 AOG cases and 730 engine moves.

News on the site covers a warehouse in Fort Worth run by Perimeter Global Logistics for MTU, a helicopter shipment from Malaysia to France, and an engine shipment from the USA to Austria. The site offers a freight quote form and a licence application for new countries.
