• Spincraft UK, with two facilities in Newcastle: part of the group since 2011, with CNC spin forming and press forming
• McStarlite in Harbor City, California: a maker of complex sheet metal components for over 50 years, which joined the group in 2025 and added bulge forming

Other markets

The group also supplies customised fabricated solutions for energy customers, which it says it has done for over 30 years, and is a manufacturer of MRI scanner components.

Certifications

The certifications page lists AS9100D, Nadcap approvals for welding and for heat treating, ISO 14001 for environmental management, Cyber Essentials and AD 2000 Merkblatt, and says the group aims for 100 percent assurance in its metal formed products.
