Helicopter operating lease
The English site presents three structures. A dry operating lease places an owned aircraft with an operator under its own air operator certificate, with terms from 12 months and an hourly rate backed by a minimum hours guarantee. Sale and leaseback buys an in-service aircraft at a records-based valuation and leases it back. Aircraft acquisition covers mid-life Airbus, Leonardo and Bell helicopters with complete records, from light singles to twins.
The focus fleet includes AS350 and H125 series, EC120, H130, H135, H145, AW109, and Bell 505 and 429. Purchases and rentals can be in USD, CAD or EUR. One lease listed on the site is an AS350 B3e on a 36-month dry lease to a Transport Canada approved operator flying utility missions in western Canada.
