About SKY Leasing

SKY Leasing is an aviation investment manager and aircraft lessor. It has offices in Greenwich, Connecticut, San Francisco, Dublin and Singapore.

The company provides capital and fleet solutions for airlines. It leases aircraft to airlines and chooses assets that fit each airline's long-term fleet plans. It says it has acquired and leased more than 13 billion dollars of aircraft. Its summary figures also list 11 billion dollars in aircraft sales and 2 billion dollars of invested equity.

SKY says it has created value for more than 100 customers around the world. It describes its customer relationships as lasting for decades. It works with airlines across the globe and builds fleet solutions to suit each one.

Four principles guide the company. They are trust, innovation, integrity and experience. Its culture centers on finding deals, working together and careful credit underwriting. SKY says risk management is a core strength. Its strategy aims to earn returns while limiting losses across market cycles.

The fleet focuses on in-demand aircraft that are core to its airline customers. These include the Airbus A320neo family and the Airbus A320ceo family. They also include the Boeing 737 MAX and 737NG, the Boeing 787 and the Airbus A350. Asset selection is a key part of the underwriting process.

The company keeps an investor relations section and a news page. In May 2025, it announced the closing of a 503 million dollar secured notes offering. In January 2026, it announced a senior appointment in Singapore.
