Skippers Aviation

Skippers Aviation is a Western Australian regional airline and air charter company based at Perth Airport, with its terminal, engineering facility and operations centre on Valentine Road, Redcliffe. It began operating in 1990 with two Cessna Conquest turboprops and a Cessna 402C. The company mainly serves the resource industry with fly-in fly-out (FIFO) charters and also runs scheduled regular passenger transport (RPT) flights to remote WA towns.

• FIFO charter for the WA mining industry: the company states it runs more than 100 regular flights a week for 15 major mining companies
• Corporate and private charter for one to 108 passengers, including interstate
• Scheduled flights between Perth and Laverton, Leonora, Meekatharra, Mount Magnet and Wiluna
• Regional Airfare Zone Cap fares for eligible residents, in partnership with the Western Australian Government
• Ad hoc and contract flying from its Broome base
