Shiraz Travel Ltd

Shiraz Travel is a travel agency in the United Kingdom. It was established in 2002 and says it has more than 20 years of experience in the travel trade. The agency says it is a specialist in travel to Iran. It also describes itself as a fully working agency that sells flights, hotels, car rental and insurance. Its office is a five minute walk from Victoria underground station in London.

The agency holds IATA accreditation. IATA is the International Air Transport Association. With this status, the agency can book and issue tickets on major airlines and some regional ones. It also holds an ATOL number. ATOL is a financial protection scheme run by the Civil Aviation Authority. It covers money paid for air holiday packages and flights where it applies.

Technology is a stated strength. The agency uses the Amadeus reservations system, which the site calls the largest private computer network in the world. Agents use it to handle special needs, seat choices and requests from frequent flyers. The agency says it can support the frequent flyer programs that customers already belong to.

The agency lists several other services. It offers access to rates at 42,000 hotels around the world. It sells pre-paid car rental that it says includes all charges, so that the price quoted is the price paid. It also sells travel insurance. A web booking system lets agents and consumers book live and use other tools.

Visa help is a further service. The site advertises Indian e-visas in 24 hours and Australian visas in 15 minutes. It also notes Hajj and Umrah visas. It sends newsletters for regular updates.

The agency names three points that set it apart. The first is a large database of discounted fares. The second is a team of travel consultants. The third is a simple website. It says it has built a portfolio of airline deals that gives customers a wide choice of carriers. A home page promotion offers worldwide prices with Emirates.

The website has contact details, booking terms and a web booking system.
