The firm also reviews and negotiates jet contracts. Jet companies may say that everyone signs the same contract. Shaircraft says that is not true. It has negotiated more than 150 changes to so-called standard contracts. These added flight time, more flexibility and bonus amenities for clients.

The firm helps when a contract is up for renewal. It says it has saved clients millions of dollars by exploring other options or by negotiating a better arrangement with the current provider.

A third service is fractional share valuation. Shaircraft checks whether a fractional provider offers a fair price to buy back a client's share. It challenges low valuations to get clients the maximum return on their investment. The firm says one of its appraisals came in $1.7 million higher than the jet company's first offer.
