Rotafilo

Rotafilo designs and makes aircraft and engine tooling, ground support equipment and shipping cases from its base in Eskisehir, Turkey. It also has a sales office and stock site in the United States.

The company says it has more than 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Its staff work on aircraft and engine tooling, ground support equipment and ATA Spec 300 shipping cases. They also develop and carry out repairs.

Engine tooling is a core line. It includes engine transportation stands, MRO tooling, bootstraps, slings, support pedestals, storage equipment, LPT and HPT module stands, assembly and disassembly tooling and lifting beams. Airframe tooling is built to OEM drawings and specifications, and the company makes thousands of tools a year for MROs and airlines. It also makes APU tooling and tools for avionics maintenance.

Ground support equipment covers engine washing cars, axle jacks, tripod and stress jacks, tire and brake dollies, fluid dispensers, towbars and baggage carts. Aviation supplies include wheel protectors, wheel chocks, scrapers, warning streamers, quick release pins and load cells. Rotafilo also designs and builds shipping cases in plastic and plywood, plus cabin interior components.

Services support the product range. Rotafilo works as an officially approved R&D company and offers custom designs. It repairs and overhauls tooling made by Rotafilo or by other makers, and it supplies spare parts for each product. Long term agreements can be signed. A loan and lease option is also listed. Tool Hospital is the company's registered brand for repairing and upgrading aircraft tooling.

A logistics service ships cargo of any weight around the world. Customers are airlines and MRO shops. The company takes enquiries in several languages, including English, Turkish, Chinese, Arabic, French, Italian and Spanish.
