Rhopoint Components

Rhopoint Components Ltd is a UK distributor of precision electronic components, sensors, connectors and modular systems based at Rhopoint House, Imberhorne Lane, East Grinstead, West Sussex, and an authorised partner for more than 25 manufacturers worldwide. Founded in 1975 as Rhopoint Ltd to supply precision resistors to UK electronics designers, with a high-precision wire-wound resistor from General Resistance as its first product, the company took its current name in 1997, founded Rhopoint Nordic ApS in 2006 for Scandinavian customers and launched Rhopoint Komponenten GmbH in 2021 with a warehouse in Gaukönigshofen near Würzburg to serve Germany. It is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Products

• Precision, ultra-precision, power and current-sensing resistors, networks and voltage dividers, including thick-film power chip resistors on aluminium nitride substrates and metal film resistors with tolerances to 0.05 percent and 5 ppm per degree C
• High-temperature capacitors, high-frequency and high-precision attenuators, terminators and power splitters, and Cissoid IGBT power modules up to 1,200 V and 820 A
• Pressure sensors and transducers, temperature transducers and probes, reed switches and proximity sensors, current and voltage measurement including Isabellenhütte IVT-S series, and battery and energy management systems such as Metis Engineering Cell Guard
• Resistance meters including the Rhopoint M210 milliohm meter, RJ45 data jack transformers and connectors, with online calculators for heat sinks, inrush current limiters, resistor power and Ohm's law

• Components for space, defence and aerospace programmes, including optoelectronic and microelectronic parts from manufacturing partner ISOCOM Limited
• Precision measurement technology, resistors and alloys from Isabellenhütte, and lines from Caddock, Coto Technology, Core Sensors, DTPM, InterFET and ICS-NH
• Custom component solutions developed with the customer's engineers to exact project requirements
