Pacific Aerospace Corporation (PAC) is an AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified aerospace manufacturer at 8131 Monroe Avenue in Stanton, California, offering precision machining, advanced composites, tooling fabrication and assembly from 25,000 square feet of combined facilities in Southern California. Founded by CEO Mark Ferrara, who brings more than 30 years of aerospace and automotive engineering and manufacturing experience from McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Mitsubishi R&D and an automotive design studio, the company supplies large Tier 1 aerospace companies and is ITAR compliant.

Capabilities

• Large gantry 5-axis CNC precision machining with five 5-axis machines, drawing on more than four decades of experience and allowing projects to run in parallel
• Advanced composite tooling and part manufacture, including VARTM infusion, pre-preg lamination and composite part finishing, with ISO Class 8 and 9 lamination rooms and autoclave and oven curing
• Fabrication and assembly services for carbon fibre aerospace parts, with quality control and inspection technology including CMM inspection and AS9102 first article documentation
• Engineering and quality management solutions with fixed process control and calibrated, monitored curing

Team

The leadership team includes David, director of finance, who holds an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a BS in aerospace engineering; Dave, who brings experience from the shop floor to running aerospace programmes in both machining and composites; and Jared, director of composite manufacturing, with nearly two decades of advanced composite part and tool fabrication experience.
