Outpost

Outpost is a space company in Los Angeles, California. It builds reusable systems that return cargo from orbit. Its vehicle family is named CarryAll. The site gives the address as 12500 Beatrice Street, Los Angeles, California 90066.

The site says launch has grown faster than orbital return. It says defense logistics, commercial logistics, in-space manufacturing and exploration all need a way to bring mass back to Earth. The company aims to deliver cargo with scale, speed, precision and reuse.

Outpost lists government work with NASA, SpaceWERX, the Air Force Research Laboratory, U.S. Strategic Command, Air Force Global Strike Command, U.S. Army Futures Command and the United States Air Force. The site describes cargo return work for the International Space Station and future commercial stations.

The site lists specific programs. These include a deployable heat shield under the STEEP program, thermal protection for the AFRL Rocket Cargo program, reusable Earth return for hypersonic testing, and orbital cargo storage for the Air Force.

Outpost's markets include defense logistics, disaster response, delivery to austere environments, commercial logistics, space factories, space biomanufacturing and pharmaceuticals, advanced materials and in-space infrastructure. The site also lists StarFiber, a proprietary optical fiber made in space and returned to Earth.

The leadership includes founder and chief executive Jason Dunn, co-founder and president Amir Blachman, and a vice president of government partnerships. The site says the leaders have flown people and payloads to space, built companies from first concept to IPO, and secured more than $2.5 billion in contracts.

The site has a mission configuration form, a careers page, a news page and social links to LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Instagram. It does not list a phone number.
