Nefer Tours

Nefer Tours is a destination management company in Egypt. It was set up in 1988. A destination management company, or DMC, plans and runs tourism services on the ground for other tour operators. Nefer Tours has offices in Cairo, Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada. It has seasonal offices in Marsa Alam and on the North Coast.

The company hosts tourists from more than 30 destinations. It works with tour operators from Europe, CIS countries and Central Asia. It says it has strong links with hotels, cruises and other service providers. This lets it support partners with good prices.

Its services include hotel accommodation, with a business to business online booking system or API link. The company has its own fleet of newer minibuses, buses and executive cars. It runs luxury tours for individual travelers. It also offers meet and assist services, fast tracks and VIP lounges.

Software is a key part of the offer. The company says its system connects with partners through XML or API links. Room rates, special offers and stop sales can be sent at once. Agents use business modules to send tour package details to their travelers. They sign in with a link and a user name.

Nefer Tours also handles business travel. It manages meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. The company says it hosts 150 to 250 events in Egypt each year. Groups range from 50 to 800 people. The events include conferences, forums, exhibitions, festivals, concerts and team building.

The company offers over 70 Nile cruises. They explore temples between Luxor and Aswan. The cruise from Luxor to Aswan takes five days, and the trip from Aswan to Luxor takes four days. Round trips from Luxor to Luxor or Aswan to Aswan are also an option.

Each partner has an account manager. The guides have relevant training in languages and history. The site invites tour operators to fill in a form if they want to start work in Egypt.
