Meridian GMT
Modular flight sim yoke, throttle and handheld controls
About Meridian GMT
Meridian GMT is an independent maker of modular flight simulation controls founded by Nicki Repenning, who began in flight-sim hardware at Saitek and went on to found and build Honeycomb Aeronautical. The company's goal is modular flight controls that grow with a home cockpit without professional-simulator prices: start with one piece, then add yoke heads, throttle configurations, mounts and panels as the pilot's flying changes. Product direction comes from simmers met at events and in the community, pre-orders run through Shopify with the deposit, balance and ship date shown up front, and the company states clearly what is in the box, what is sold separately and which simulators and platforms each product supports.
Products
- Horizon Plus: a modular yoke base with a quick-release handle, replaceable yoke heads, two swappable ModulAIR avionics bays, 180 degrees of true travel, Aurora lighting and Impulse haptics, from 349.99 US dollars, with pre-orders open for a 100 dollar deposit and first shipments on 28 October 2026; General Aviation and Boeing yoke and avionics setups are available
- Latitude Plus: a modular throttle quadrant with complete General Aviation controls in Toulouse (Airbus) or Everett (Boeing) editions, from 349.99 US dollars, shipping from 28 December 2026
- Handheld Flightdeck: a flight-sim controller for Xbox and PC made with PowerA, with separate General Aviation, Commercial and Helicopter faceplates on one modular chassis, covering radio, autopilot, landing gear, trim, throttle and degree-based flap controls, Airbus flap detents for airliner flying, and collective, governor, rescue and air-tanker controls for helicopters
Company
Meridian GMT revealed its first products and appeared on stage and on the show floor at Flight Sim Expo in Minneapolis in June 2026. The founder describes the company's principle as building high-quality, easy-to-use gear that is constantly improved from community feedback, built for durability and precision rather than reissuing the same hardware with a new model number. The site offers side-by-side product comparisons, support and policy pages, team-specific contact emails for pre-order support, press, resellers, careers and investors, and email updates on ship dates and new products.
