Medicalfly

MedicalFly Srl is an Italian air ambulance company. The site describes it as a young and dynamic company, recognised internationally in air ambulance transport. Its operational base is at Naples airport. The site does not state a head office city.

The company runs international air ambulance flights. It also offers medical escorts on scheduled commercial flights for transfers that are not time-critical. Medical assessments check whether a patient is fit to fly. The company also offers neonatal and pediatric flights. Photos on the site show a BABYPOD unit for small patients.

The site says a specialist doctor in anaesthesia and intensive care answers the call centre at all hours. That doctor also acts as flight coordinator. The aircraft carry modern electromedical equipment. Each patient on board is watched closely.

The site includes news about recent work. One item describes a nurse escort to bring an Italian citizen home from Vietnam. Another describes two commercial medical escorts completed in December 2025. The company also attended the ITIC 2025 travel insurance conference in Venice.

The site says flights go to all destinations, mainly for medium and long distances. It also says the team helps arrange transfers with overseas ambulance services. Patients are checked by the team before flights.

The company's phone number is +39 320 145 7567. The site has a request a quote page and an FAQ page. It has links to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
