The airport has two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Passengers can search today's departures and arrivals and view the flight schedule. Guides explain the steps for departures, arrivals and connections, covering security check, immigration and customs. A tax refund service is available for departing visitors. Ground transport and parking information is posted, along with a map of the airport.

Shopping and dining are a large part of the offer. The airport has shops, brand boutiques, souvenirs and restaurants. Some restaurants open before 7 AM. Travelers can reserve duty-free items in advance and collect them at priority counters in airport stores. An observation hall called Sky View is also open to visitors, and the airport hosts art and culture displays.

Many passenger services are listed. These include airline lounges, a concierge and meet and greet service, currency exchange, baggage delivery, postal services and hotels. There are also bathing and relaxation facilities, prayer rooms, smoking areas, pet facilities, a police post and medical care with AED units. Wi-Fi, mobile phone rental and a battery desk help travelers stay connected. Business waiting rooms are available.

Families can use children's play areas in the international gate area of the terminals. These areas are for children up to 6 years old with a parent or guardian. Customers who need extra help can ask for assistance, including wheelchair support. A service desk and lost property service are available.
