Jetpak

Jetpak is an express courier company with its head office at Stockholm-Arlanda, Sweden. It operates in the Nordic countries and across Europe, with links to the rest of the world. The site describes door to door express delivery, with real time tracking of each shipment.

The company's services include Jetpak Direct, a door to door service with same day delivery within hours. Jetpak Next Day delivers on the next working day. Jetpak Air covers air shipments, and Jetpak Road covers road transport. The site also lists an express service to Greenland with daily departures via Copenhagen.

The site says Jetpak is fast because it runs its own IT system called Jena, its own courier vehicles and an air freight network. It says it has more than 170 locations, 36 of them in Sweden. Customs clearance takes place on the flight, and the company says it is open around the clock every day of the year.

Industry solutions cover the aviation industry, healthcare, automotive and manufacturing. The site says the company handles pharma shipments and temperature regulated transport. It gives an example where a shipment from London to Copenhagen arrived in 4 hours and 19 minutes.

The site describes optional delivery times, such as before 12:00 or before 16:00 for next day delivery. It lists a money back guarantee and complete track and trace. The recipient signs for each delivery. A recipient who scheduled a delivery can cancel it before pickup.

The site says Jetpak does not carry dangerous goods, except dry ice packages that need a phone booking. Flown shipments are priced by volume weight, which uses both size and weight.

The Europe customer service number is +32 2 300 24 24. Other offices are listed in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki. The site has a contact form for custom solutions and an FAQ page.
