Jeff Air operates from multiple locations in Indiana. Its primary bases include Anderson Regional Airport and Shelbyville Airport. The school also partners with Marion Inc. at Marion to provide additional training access. The aircraft fleet includes several Cessna 172 models and a Cessna 310 twin engine aircraft. All aircraft are maintained and inspected regularly to support safe flight operations.
