ILS Cargo

ILS Cargo is an international logistics company. The site says it has 27 years of experience. Its Brazilian office is in Sao Paulo. The company also has offices in Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Mexico City and Chile. It offers freight forwarding, customs clearance, time critical logistics and warehousing.

The company was founded in 1999. It started with a focus on the aerospace sector and on aircraft on ground emergencies, known as AOG. The site says it began with traffic between the United States and Brazil. It later built its own structure in Miami.

Time critical services cover emergency shipments where a production line or an aircraft is waiting. The site says the time critical phone and email lines work 24 hours a day. The company took the AOG idea to the automotive sector, which runs on just in time production.

Services include international freight, customs clearance, warehousing and distribution, tax advisory and project cargo. The tax team checks product tax classifications and the reductions and exemptions that may apply. Project cargo covers non-standard shipments that need a special plan.

ILS Cargo serves industries including automotive, aerospace, chemicals, pharmacy, fashion and gourmet food. The site offers an import duty simulator for Brazil. Visitors can enter one or more HS codes to see the estimated final price of an item at destination.

The company holds AEO certification in Brazil. Its Sao Paulo office has ISO 9001:2015 certification. The site says ILS Cargo Brazil won an efficiency award in a Rio de Janeiro airport logistics program for ten years in a row, from 2016 to 2025.
