About HangarStack

HangarStack is online software for planning aircraft in hangars and on ramps. Users draw their hangars and ramps to exact dimensions. They then move aircraft around on screen to find the fit that uses the most floor space.

The software runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install. The site says it works on Windows, Mac, and tablets. It allows unlimited user accounts. Notes, first in and first out order, and operational details can be added to each layout.

The site says its customers include FBOs, MROs, airlines, military units, special event operators, and private hangar operators. It lists more than 215 FBO, MRO, and airline customers, and 640 user accounts.

The Daily Schedule feature combines calendar scheduling with aircraft movement. The Builder Module lets users resize hangar floors. Hotspots draw colored shapes for construction zones, parts cages, and mezzanines. A database holds more than 600 aircraft and ground support equipment types.

The Lite edition costs $275 per month, billed monthly with a one month minimum. It includes one user account. The Premium edition starts at $1,500 per year as the stated minimum for the first year. The Premium price is quoted from the number of hangars and ramps. Only Premium includes custom hangar and ramp graphics.

The site names three co-founders. Mike Partin is an A and P mechanic, a USAF veteran, and a former FBO manager. Steve McNeilly is an airline captain and A and P mechanic. Emily Kerous works in aviation sales and marketing. The site has a video demo and a pricing page.
