HADID International Services

HADID International Services is an aviation support company headquartered in Dubai, with its head office in the Dubai Airport Free Zone. It provides flight support and FBO services to a wide range of customers. It works through offices and a network of supervisory agents around the world.

The company was incorporated in 1981. It runs branches in many locations and uses station managers and representatives. HADID says it serves more than 1,500 airports in 181 countries. In 2024, 98 major airlines used it for seasonal permits.

HADID offers domestic and international aviation services. Its main services are flight permits, flight planning, navigation support, ground support, air charter and governmental flight support. Flight permits are a core part of the business, and airlines rely on it for seasonal permits.

Ground support covers handling, fuelling and concierge services. The company also arranges air charter flights. Governmental flight support is a separate service line. An operations control centre backs up the work, and customers can reach the company about requests and feedback.

HADID has its own flight operations platform called HADID COMPASS. The company announced that it links with Leon software to help flight operations run more smoothly. It has regional directors who cover Africa and the Middle East, Asia, South East Asia and the Americas. It also has a country director for Pakistan.

HADID takes part in industry events, including the Middle East Business Aviation Association show in Dubai in December 2024 and the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition in 2025. In December 2024, it announced plans with Intercontinental Aviation Enterprise for an aviation academy in the UAE. In February 2025, it took a 50 percent stake in Intercontinental Aviation Academy GCC.
