Global Aerospace Corporation

Global Aerospace Corporation is a Canadian-owned aircraft component MRO facility at Toronto Pearson International Airport in Mississauga, Ontario. It was established in 1993 and has worked from its own 18,000 square foot standalone facility since 2005, where all MRO and engineering work is carried out. Final airworthiness certification is carried out under its Transport Canada and EASA maintenance organization approvals.

The site lists capability for the A319, A320 and A321, ATR 42 and 72, Boeing 737NG, CRJ 100 and 200, CRJ 700 and 900, Q100, Q200, Q300 and Q400, BAe 146, ERJ 135 and 145, and the C-130. The primary focus is regional and commercial aircraft from Bombardier, Boeing, Airbus, ATR, Lockheed and British Aerospace.

Loan and exchange

The company holds a large inventory of loan and exchange landing gear and air cycle machines, including for CRJ100 and 200, Q-Series and ATR 42 and 72 programs. Multi-lingual customer care representatives give status updates on repairs, and the company can help arrange transport of components, including freight forwarding to Canada for customers in the United States.

Engineering support

Its sister company, Global Engineering Corporation, works on in-house engineering, design and manufacture of parts and repair processes, as an alternative to high-cost OEM parts.
