About GeoInfoLab

GeoInfoLab is an Italian company that works with 3D and 4D geographic information systems, also called GIS. It offers software distribution, data processing, drone surveys and software development. It says it has about 20 years of experience in 3D GIS.

Since 2006, GeoInfoLab has been an official distributor of Skyline 3D GIS solutions. Its distribution service covers licences, data processing and support for these tools.

It also processes survey data. This includes photogrammetry and LiDAR results, and geoprocessing in GIS settings. These settings range from 2D to 3D and 4D, and include virtual reality and HTML5 viewers.

The company carries out drone surveys. Its drones and pilots are registered with ENAC, the Italian civil aviation authority. It delivers the finished results ready to use.

For software development, GeoInfoLab adapts native apps, WebGIS tools, multi-touch kiosks, virtual reality stations and geo content management systems. It also joins different systems together, and lets clients add their own assets to a 4D GIS. It works with APIs, OGC standards and HTML5 and WebGL, and it guides clients through development.

The company says it aims for solutions for everyone, from education to geo-intelligence. It lists five strengths: long experience, innovation, custom work for each client, ease of use and reliability. In its own words, it is careful for others and a perfectionist for itself.
