About FlyUSA

FlyUSA is a private aviation company that offers charter flights, fractional programs, aircraft management and aircraft acquisitions. It began in 2020 in a Florida kitchen, with the idea that private flying should be responsive, personal and easy. It started by brokering one flight at a time and has since grown a lot.

The company says it was founded by pilots and built around safety. It reports a growing fleet of 20 managed aircraft and more than 1,000 clients and members since it started. It was named the 45th fastest growing private company in the United States, and ninth in Florida, on the Inc. 5000 list.

Charter is the starting point for many clients. Customers can price a round trip, one-way or multi-city flight online or in the app. Multi-city trips need the app or a guide, since aircraft and passenger counts can change between legs. FlyUSA also sells a jet card and runs the Ascend Club, a program for people who fly private at least twice a year. Fractional and co-ownership programs are available too.

The company manages Part 91 and Part 135 aircraft. Its team handles crew, maintenance, scheduling, compliance and financial reporting. It says it owns and runs its own charter, management, maintenance, technology and airport operations. It also took ownership of an airport at Clearwater, Florida. In-house maintenance teams handle technical work. Service now reaches larger Florida airports, including Tampa, St. Pete-Clearwater and Sarasota-Bradenton.

For buyers, FlyUSA helps with aircraft acquisitions. The process runs through discovery, aircraft selection, acquisition, onboarding and ongoing support. The acquisition stage covers market search, inspections, negotiation, financing and closing. The same team that manages an aircraft can help with the next purchase.

The Jet Card Recovery Program is aimed at people whose prepaid funds or flight credits are stuck with another private aviation provider. FlyUSA says it may help recover up to 100 percent of a qualifying balance, with no deposit. Clients reach a US-based concierge by website, app, text or phone. Its own mobile app gives owners and flyers real-time updates. The company shows Wyvern, ARGUS, NBAA and Air Charter Association marks.
