About FlyPrivate

FlyPrivate is a private jet charter broker that arranges business and personal flights across the United States and abroad. It offers one way and round trip charters and works with clients in cities such as Boston, Chicago and New York.

The company was established in 2002. It says it pioneered a pay by the trip service and has delivered it for more than 23 years. Clients pay for each trip. There are no jet cards, deposits or membership fees. The client services team is available 24 hours a day.

All flights are operated by Part 135 certified air carriers. FlyPrivate acts as the client's agent to obtain charter service. It says it tracks more than 2,000 safety audited Part 135 business aircraft, so it can find well placed flights quickly.

Aircraft choices include very light jets, turboprops, light jets, midsize jets, super midsize jets and heavy jets. The blog describes models such as the Gulfstream IV, which seats 12, the Falcon 2000, the Gulfstream 550, the Citation Jet 2 and 3, the Global Express family, the Falcon 900 and 7X, and the Gulfstream 280.

Popular business trips run to and from Boston, New York, Teterboro, Chicago, Washington DC and Dallas. Popular personal trips go to and from Naples and Boca Raton in Florida, the Caribbean, the US Virgin Islands, and Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket in Massachusetts.

Safety is a stated priority. FlyPrivate uses carriers that have a third party safety audit from ARG/US or WYVERN. Pilots follow FAA approved training with recurrent training at Part 142 facilities. Operators carry at least 50 million dollars of liability cover on light and midsize jets and 100 million on heavy jets. It also says it does not sell client data.

The company asks clients to call for trips less than 48 hours away. It also offers a FlyPrivate app, a brochure, a pricing guide and pages for executive assistants.
