Flugwerkstatt Black Forest GmbH

Flugwerkstatt Black Forest GmbH is an aircraft workshop. It builds, repairs and restores aircraft, and it makes aircraft parts. The company calls itself the Black Forest Aircraft Company. The site does not give a street address or a city.

The site describes the workshop as a qualified master workshop. It says the workshop has plenty of room for aircraft and the know-how to work on them. The team works with wood, metal and stretched covering film alike.

The services cover almost the whole range of aircraft building. These include new builds, repairs, restorations and parts manufacturing. The site says each job starts with a planning talk. The team agrees on the work needed, then sets a cost and time plan before it begins.

Recent work listed on the site includes a two-seat Vans RV-7A build and a four-seat Vans RV-10 built from a kit. The team also made the undercarriage sheet metal for a Messerschmitt Me 108 Taifun. A Pietenpol Air Camper is listed as a new build.

The company builds the Grouse 120, an ultralight aircraft. The site says it can be ready to fly in five minutes. The aircraft is light enough to fit on a trailer with a total weight under 750 kg. The site describes the price as affordable.

The company also shows its aircraft at trade fairs, air shows and pilot meetings. The site says more dates will be announced.

The site has a team, contact and directions section. The footer links to the legal notice, data protection and cookie settings pages.
